At Aroma Lume, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional service. By placing an order and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for products received in damaged or defective condition.
  • You must notify both Aroma Lume and the Shipping Carrier within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery including the following required documentation:
    • A written description of the issue.
    • Clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the damage to the product and its packaging.
    • A copy of the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
    • The order name, delivery date receipt, and contact details.
    • Any other documentation requested by our customer service team or the shipping carrier.
  • Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after the 48-hour period will not be eligible and may be declined.

2. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Upon verification, Aroma Lume may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit (where applicable via our shipping partner).
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Order cancellations ARE NOT PERMITTED once the order has been confirmed.
  • All claims are subject to verification by Aroma Lume and the Shipping Carrier. We reserve sole discretion to approve or deny claims, including assessment of whether damage occurred during transit or other causes.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Used, opened, or unsealed items.
  • Customized, personalized, or discounted products.
  • Items without original packaging or showing signs of use.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, incorrect delivery
    information, or failure to accept delivery.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • After our verification and approval of return, the customer shall coordinate for return
    shipment process with the shipping carrier.
  • Unless arranged by Aroma Lume, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
    customer.
  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays occurring during return shipping5. Return Process Timing
  • Approved refunds or replacements are completed within [ timeframe to be adjusted for
    the most practical way e.g 7 to 14 business days], depending on the destination.
  • Where available, return pickups can be arranged through our shipping carrier, subject to
    availability and applicable fees.

6. Product Condition & Packaging

Some Aroma Lume products are temperature-sensitive and require proper handling. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery. Customers must inspect packaging upon receipt and report any visible tampering within 48 hours as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aroma Lume’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

8. Force Majeure

Aroma Lume is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, customs delays, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

This Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during the refund and return process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws to ensure confidentiality and security.
